Drop in indoor soccer

Registration forms

Managers: Player Registration forms are at Eurosport for teams who did not pick up at AGM. Completed forms and player card booklets must be handed in by April 1st. I will be picking up from Eurosport every weekday from March 25th until 1st week of May. After that pick up once a week (Mondays) player cards ready next day. Each team in KMSL can sign up to 25 players ($15 fee for extra forms available at Eurosport CASH ONLY and EXACT AMOUNT please, no change given). Over 35′s only allowed 20 forms they received for 20 players.Pictures for player cards should be approx. same size as driver’s licence. No goofy pictures or hats.

Over 35′s require no player cards.

Registration deadline June 30.
